Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from:
    • the day of delivery (for goods)
    • the day of contract conclusion (for services or digital content not supplied on a tangible medium)

Exclusions from Withdrawal (Art. 16)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food)
  • Custom-made/personalized goods
  • Sealed goods unsealed for health/hygiene reasons (e.g., food packaging)
  • Digital content if download has started

Effects of Withdrawal

If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you (including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method) no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice.

Return Shipping Costs

You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
